Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Delhi, OH. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include creating and executing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, prospecting for new customers, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to maintain client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing and sales initiatives is essential.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and relationship-building
Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
Proficiency in communication, presentations, and negotiations
Ability to work independently and develop strategies to achieve business goals
Familiarity with the automotive industry or experience in similar fields is an advantage
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets is preferred
