Senior Director of Operations Our esteemed client is currently in search of a Senior Director of Operations to provide steadfast support to the executive leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fiscal Management Service Agency (FMSA). This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing performance, and ensuring compliance across programs that cater to individuals with disabilities through Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS). Senior Director of Operations Responsibilities: Provide expert counsel to the President and senior management in critical business and operational matters. Oversee the daily operations of the Company's programs under the FMSA scope to ensure adherence to compliance standards, quality assurance, and operational efficacy. Lead inter-departmental projects aimed at fortifying service delivery and enhancing organizational efficiency. Evaluate program performance and suggest enhancements based on data analysis and stakeholder input. Act as a valuable resource for staff involved in projects or strategic ventures. Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to align operational objectives with overarching company strategies. Contribute to long-term strategic planning to elevate organizational outcomes, cost-efficiency, and service excellence. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure operational procedures comply with federal, state, and agency regulations. Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions and oversee program or asset dispositions as required. Evaluate and recommend new program opportunities, assessing their feasibility for implementation. Continuously research emerging technologies to optimize operations and address business challenges. Devise and propose process enhancements to senior leadership for improved operational outcomes. Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and engagements with key stakeholders. Complete assigned training programs and stay abreast of regulatory and procedural standards. Adhere to agency policies and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory frameworks and the Texas Administrative Code (T.A.C.). Senior Director of Operations Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative leadership role within the healthcare sector. At least 5 years of direct management experience, inclusive of program oversight and team development. Desirable 2+ years of experience working in HCBS or FMSA environments. Minimum of 6 months of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities. Evidence of leadership aligned with organizational mission and values. Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work autonomously while leading teams and inspiring others. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, staff, and the public. Proficient in interpersonal relations, including active listening and collaborative problem-solving. Comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals and navigating regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute at 80% accuracy; similar proficiency in Excel is required.
