Junior Business Analyst - Mortgage in Carrollton, TC.
The Business Support Analyst assists in managing a broad variety of departmental operations and administrative activities including special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting. As the Business Analyst, you will provide broad administrative support to the division leadership.
Responsibilities
Create produce and report on applicable metrics and key performance indicators Create and produce regular compliance reports that serve to hold the division accountable for meeting defined targets Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations Support the Technology division with various vendor management processes and policy requirements Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field required 3+ years of relevant work experience Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred Vendor Management related experience is preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
