
Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate the organization’s brand, message, and objectives across print and digital platforms. This role collaborates with marketing, communications, and internal stakeholders to develop high-quality visual assets that support business goals. The ideal candidate will work hard, bring great ideas and engage with the team in a meaningful way that supports our work.
Key Responsibilities
Design graphics for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media, websites, presentations, and email campaigns
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to understand project goals and requirements
Create concepts, layouts, and designs from initial idea through final production
Revise designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines
Prepare final files for print or digital distribution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative range
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Experience with social media graphics, marketing campaigns, or branding
Basic knowledge of web design tools (Figma, Canva, HTML/CSS a plus)
Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check
Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
