Ankerias Oy is a Finnish healthtech startup focused on improving the treatment and management of chronic neuropathic pain. Chronic pain affects millions of people, yet identifying the right treatment remains challenging for clinicians and patients. At Ankerias, we are developing new digital and AI-driven approaches to support better patient identification, treatment pathways, and outcomes. We work closely with clinicians, researchers, and healthcare providers to bring new solutions into real‑world healthcare. We are now looking for a Sales & Partnerships Lead to help bring these solutions into use. The Role

You will play a key role in building the commercial side of the company. Your work focuses on identifying customers, building partnerships, and creating commercial opportunities with healthcare providers and organizations. You will work directly with clinicians, healthcare decision‑makers, and strategic partners to introduce new solutions and develop collaborations that lead to pilots and commercial agreements. You will also contribute to shaping the commercial strategy together with the leadership team. Initial focus is Finland and the Nordic region, with the goal of expanding to Europe. Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation providers, and healthcare organizations Build relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision‑makers Identify commercial opportunities and customer needs in chronic pain care Initiate collaborations, pilots, and commercial agreements with healthcare partners Develop strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem Contribute to building the company's commercial strategy together with the leadership team Ideal Background

We welcome candidates from backgrounds such as Healthcare IT or SaaS sales Clinical professionals with commercial experience Biomedical or health technology Experience or networks in the following areas are particularly valuable

chronic pain or neuropathic pain neuromodulation or advanced pain therapies rehabilitation or digital health Experience with neuromodulation, spinal cord stimulation, or other advanced pain therapies is highly relevant. Strong networks in Nordic healthcare ecosystems are particularly valuable. Compensation
