What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends regionally and by product or market
Leverage business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Databricks, SQL/Python) to analyze large data sets
Provide analytical support on tactical and strategic projects to sales management
Develop productive working relationships with Sales Managers and cross-departmental colleagues
Create and maintain internal compensation program reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or similar field
2-4 years of related experience in financial/business analysis
Ability to travel outside of the country
Proficiency in modern reporting tools (i.e., Python/SQL, Oracle, PowerBI)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in Sales or Marketing
