Position Overview
Audi Stuart is seeking motivated Product Specialists to join our high-performance sales team. Automotive sales experience is not required. We are looking for ambitious professionals with strong customer service skills who want to build a successful career in a luxury automotive environment.
Qualifications
Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Strong ambition, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
Demonstrate Audi’s advanced technology, performance, and luxury features
Provide clear and transparent information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options
Build long-term customer relationships through professional follow-up and service
Consistently achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain expert knowledge of Audi vehicles, competitive products, and industry trends
Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless purchase experience
Represent the Audi brand with professionalism and attention to detail
Address customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively
Base pay plus uncapped earning potential: Top performers regularly earn $100,000+ annually
