Job Description Join our Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) Technology Team as a Staff Product Manager, Salesforce. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core Salesforce platform, ensuring it serves as a highly optimized and effective system for our sales organization.
You will manage deep integrations with third-party tools to create a seamless, automated sales technology ecosystem, and focus on optimizing the entire lead-to-cash process within Salesforce — from lead capture and nurturing through quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, research industry solutions, and establish a product vision that delivers an exceptional, integrated customer experience. What You'll Be Responsible For
Collaborate with users, engineering teams, and stakeholders to develop and manage the product roadmap while measuring impact, adoption, and engagement.
Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities.
Own product planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the Salesforce platform domain.
Use data-driven decision-making to define metrics that measure and monitor success.
Develop mechanisms to gain deep insights into sales team needs and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap.
Drive execution against plans by anticipating risks and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and dependent technology teams.
Partner with Go-to-Market teams to execute product strategy and prioritize features that support business outcomes.
Ensure user stories clearly represent customer needs, with defined acceptance criteria and dependencies.
Engage with and influence senior leadership effectively.
Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of Salesforce third-party integrations.
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software products as a Product Manager or implementation consultant.
Extensive experience administering and configuring Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Custom Objects.
Proven expertise managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools using APIs and integration platforms.
Deep experience with enterprise CRM and sales technology platforms.
Proven success delivering sales technology solutions in a SaaS environment with strong commercial understanding.
Experience implementing go-to-market technology in collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, enablement, revenue operations, finance, customer service, and engineering.
Strong understanding of lead generation and lead-to-cash workflows, including CPQ, CLM, and Quote-to-Order processes.
Knowledge of data structures, migration, and data management within Salesforce.
Experience with data enrichment tools and techniques to enhance account and contact data.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and global teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple product teams.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong sense of urgency and customer focus with the ability to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions quickly.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
This is a W2 contract engagement. No corp-to-corp or third-party sponsorship arrangements will be considered.
Pay Rate: Up to $88.22/hr W2
