Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Generate new assets and revenue opportunities. Coordinate meetings and agendas with internal investment professionals. Collaborate with colleagues to advance new business opportunities. Represent investment strategies in client meetings and at industry events. Support marketing initiatives and develop sales collateral. Manage client and prospect activity via CRM systems. Maintain expertise in capital markets and investment strategies. Requirements / Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 8+ years of experience in asset management sales, with knowledge of credit and alternative products. Required securities licenses (e.g., Series 7 and 63). Strong market knowledge, business acumen, and executive presence. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills. Must reside in the region and be willing to travel extensively. Team-oriented with curiosity, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.
