The Product Specialist - Lower Limb, Nordic is responsible for developing S+N Sports Medicine capabilities in the Lower Limb segment (Knee, Foot & Ankle), increasing market share, upskilling the sales force and leading strategic targeting and conversion of competitor surgeons to grow market share. The Product Specialist - Lower Limb, Nordic will own their Regional Shoulder pipeline, with direct responsibility to convert key targets across all associated countries, whilst supporting and guiding the Regions sales team to assist them in developing smaller scale opportunities. The Product Specialist - Lower Limb, Nordic will support the tactical implementation of marketing strategy and product launches in the Nordic Market, development of KOL/KELs, supporting clinical demonstrations/evaluations and providing field-based technical expertise to the Nordic sales team. This role also provides pro-active support to the UKINOR Business Unit through expertise in allocated clinical areas or product platforms, advising the Marketing Manager and Nordic Sales Director on competitive strategies and product positioning adjustments from a Nordic perspective, market pricing and market-led programs. What will you need to be successful?
Experience in medical device sales or marketing, ideally within a relevant clinical area (other areas of specialized sales can be considered). Strong clinical and product understanding with the confidence to support live demonstrations and evaluations. The ability to build strong networks and engage Key Opinion Leaders. A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong influencing and pipeline management skills. Travel Requirements: >75% within the Nordic countries. Your You. Unlimited.
