Position Summary Join a dynamic in‑house marketing team within the real estate industry, supporting a national portfolio of builder brands. This role is ideal for a strategic, versatile designer who can translate brand vision into compelling creative across print and digital platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing visual communications that support community launches, home releases, promotions, paid media campaigns, and ongoing brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and regional teams to deliver thoughtful, on‑brand creative that drives engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Design and evolve brand assets including logos, visual systems, and marketing templates

Develop print collateral such as brochures, flyers, signage, community site maps, and event materials

Create digital assets including email campaigns, paid social ads, display ads, landing page graphics, and other performance marketing creative

Concept and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels

Ensure brand consistency across up to seven builder brands nationwide

Produce vector community maps and custom visual graphics

Partner cross‑functionally to translate marketing objectives into strong visual solutions

Support photo selection and light retouching as needed

Requirements

5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience (Senior title commensurate with experience)

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development across print and digital media

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required

Working knowledge of additional design tools such as Figma and Canva, and AI‑based apps like The Brief a plus

Experience designing for email platforms and paid digital ad formats preferred

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all projects

Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively within a team environment

Professionalism and a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude

Photo retouching experience a plus

Experience in real estate or lifestyle brands a plus

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or comparable work experience)

In‑office position located in the Denver Tech Center (Denver, CO)

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000‑$85,000

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

Bonus Type: Year‑end Discretionary
