We're currently hiring for Student Marketing Ambassadors to join the team! This role will be seasonal depending on needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Represent the Yugo property and brand on campus and in the community through marketing events, tabling, and outreach activities
Distribute promotional materials (fliers, swag, etc.) and drive leasing interest by engaging students face‑to‑face
Participate in and help organize fun marketing events to attract prospective residents
Collaborate with the leasing team on campaign ideas, contests, and social media promotions
Capture photos and short videos of events and outreach activities for social and marketing use
Track outreach efforts and report feedback on what's working best
Uphold a positive and energetic image that reflects the community's vibe
Compensation
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Wellness time as required by the state
Requirements
Must be a current college student enrolled at University of Minnesota
Outgoing personality with strong communication and networking skills
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable approaching students, distributing materials, and starting conversations
Flexible schedule with availability for part‑time hours (typically 5–20 per week), including evenings and weekends during events
Prior marketing, event, or student ambassador experience is a plus (but not required)
