Staring as a single clinic in 1987 Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy now has more than 15 clinics in North and South Carolina and continues to grow. Our patients benefit from a diverse set of programs and specialties, from Lymphedema Treatment to Pelvic Floor Therapy to Driving Rehabilitation.
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen community engagement across Kare Partners brands. This role works closely with marketing leadership to implement campaigns, develop content, manage social media channels, and support digital marketing efforts.
This position is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys creating content, coordinating campaigns, and managing multiple marketing projects at once. The Marketing Specialist plays an important role in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed consistently and effectively across digital, social, and community channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
Support the implementation of marketing plans developed by marketing leadership Assist in coordinating campaigns across digital, social, and community channels Track marketing performance metrics and provide reporting support Help maintain campaign timelines and project coordination across teams Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives Content Creation & Brand Messaging
Create and manage marketing content including digital advertisements, educational resources, and website copy updates Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines Work with clinical and internal teams to gather subject matter insights Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day activity across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create, schedule, and publish engaging content Monitor comments and messages and respond appropriately Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance Stay informed on current social media trends and best practices Event Marketing Support
Assist with promotion and marketing of community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives Create marketing materials such as flyers, landing pages, and social posts Coordinate promotional timelines leading up to events Support post-event marketing follow-up and content distribution Track engagement and participation metrics Website Content & SEO Support
Assist with website content updates and optimization Ensure website pages follow SEO best practices Support creation of landing pages for campaigns and events Collaborate with developers or marketing leadership on website improvements Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic and engagement Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2 to 4 years of marketing or digital marketing experience Strong writing and content creation skills Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare, therapy services, education, or service based industries Familiarity with marketing tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms Experience using Canva or basic graphic design tools Exposure to paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail oriented Creative thinker with strong execution skills Collaborative team contributor Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Success Metrics
