CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in Orlando, FL.

Duties Include
Produce high-quality proposals using Adobe InDesign - this includes tailored resumes, project profile sheets and working in conjunction with the Architectural and Business Development Lead to create custom responses that address the specific criteria of each pursuit.
Create and maintain standard marketing collateral, as well as occasional custom materials, including project profile sheets, brochures, etc.
Support the firm’s social media efforts to ensure a regular online presence.
Review RFP/RFQ documents and draft contracts in preparation of proposals.
Track and maintain the status of assigned pursuits throughout the pursuit lifecycle (from assignment through evaluation and award), ensuring stages and updates are documented in the firm’s CRM systems.
Monitor pursuit outcomes and assist in maintaining accurate pipeline data for reporting and forecasting purposes.
Prepare or proof correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents.
Coordinate outgoing written content and visual collateral.
Requirements
BA or BS degree in marketing, business, journalism, or another related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with CRM systems (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred but not required).
Proficiency with social media platforms and email marketing services preferred.
Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and thoroughness.
Proactive and able to work independently with good judgment and minimal direction.
Highly organized and capable of effectively handling multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Adaptable and resourceful in handling shifting, sometimes competing, priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining a friendly, positive, and helpful attitude.
Ability to interact with clients, consultants, and colleagues alike with the utmost professionalism.
Commitment to strict confidence and discretion around sensitive information.
