About the Role We’re seeking a CRM Marketing Analyst to support email and SMS marketing through campaign execution, performance analysis, and audience insights.
In this role, you’ll analyze campaign performance, maintain reporting, and ensure marketing data is accurate. You’ll also contribute to campaign execution by writing SMS copy, suggesting email creative ideas, and helping build email and SMS journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data analysis, marketing strategy, and creative thinking to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Help plan and execute email and SMS campaigns.
Write and optimize SMS marketing copy.
Contribute ideas for email messaging, subject lines, and creative.
Build and manage email and SMS journeys (onboarding, promotions, retention).
Performance & Insights
Analyze campaign performance including engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Identify trends and recommend campaign tests or optimizations.
Support A/B test analysis and ad hoc analysis requests.
Audience & Reporting
Analyze customer behavior to identify audience and segmentation opportunities.
Evaluate lifecycle performance (acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation).
Maintain performance dashboards and reports.
Ensure marketing data accuracy and identify data quality issues.
Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to support campaign planning, data hygiene, and optimization.
Perform any other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
Required
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, or marketing analytics
Strong attention to detail and interest in marketing data
Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with email or SMS platforms (Attentive, Bloomreach, Salesforce)
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
Exposure to lifecycle marketing, segmentation, or A/B testing
Experience writing marketing copy
