
Mobile Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Mobile Sales and Marketing Manager is to operate a mobile marketing vehicle engaging directly with wholesalers and contractors, showcasing and selling a variety of DiversiTech products. Moreover, this position will conduct hands‑on demonstrations involving Electrical, Condensate Management, IAQ, Tools and Ductless solutions.
Essential Duties
Demonstrates products designed to streamline the installation, maintenance, or repair of HVAC/R systems.
Conducts training sessions, “Counter Days”, or similar events at distributor or contractor locations.
Utilizes a mobile‑mounted iPad for distributor location, training videos, and contractor rewards registration.
Acts as mobile distribution center on behalf of our distributors by maintaining inventory, conducting sales, processing orders, and collaborating with customer service to invoice for purchases.
Maintains a sales opportunity pipeline in DiversiTech CRM management system.
Sets up display walls, end caps, and other “in‑store” merchandising displays.
Restocks vehicle with samples, promotional gear and literature as required.
Supports HVAC/R wholesalers with priority service issues such as planograms, sales meetings, and training sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Educational Requirements
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales or sales support.
Intermediate experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong ability in comprehending and discussing mechanical and technical products.
Demonstrates persistence in problem solving, following directions, and operating with integrity and confidentiality.
Exhibits high energy and motivation.
Experience working in a fast‑paced and high‑volume work environment.
Proactive “self‑starter” with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all employee levels, as well as customers.
Exhibits professional sales and persuasive communication skills evident in both one‑on‑one and group presentations.
Possesses adept listening and probing skills to understand customers’ needs.
Valid Class C Driver’s License.
Preferred
Ability to speak and write in Spanish.
HVAC/R Technical School Certificate and/or NATE training.
ORO, Tableau, and JDE system experience.
Inter‑Relationships Consistent interaction with Sales and Marketing management. Regularly interfaces with vendors and customers.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions This position works from a remote location (home office and/or vehicle) depending on territory location. Requires regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, and printers. Occasional overtime may be required.
