SERVPRO Commercial Business Development Representative SERVPRO is seeking a driven Commercial Business Development Representative to open doors, build relationships, and generate commercial restoration opportunities across our territory. This role is for someone who is comfortable hearing “no,” walking into offices, and continuing to build relationships until they earn the business.

What This Role Involves This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with professionals who manage or maintain commercial properties.
You will spend most of your time in the field networking and meeting with property managers, facility directors, plumbers, insurance professionals, and other referral partners. Many companies already have existing vendor relationships. Your job is to introduce SERVPRO, build trust, remain consistent with follow-ups, and earn opportunities over time. You will be responsible for developing and growing your own territory by building relationships with commercial decision makers and becoming a trusted resource before disasters occur.
What you Will Do
Build relationships with commercial referral partners
Prospect and network within the local business community
Meet with property managers, facility directors, and maintenance teams
Develop partnerships with plumbers and fire sprinkler contractors
Generate commercial mitigation and reconstruction opportunities
Attend networking events and industry functions
Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners
Track contacts and activity using CRM systems
Key Referral Partners
Property management companies
Facility managers and maintenance directors
Commercial plumbers
Fire sprinkler companies
Insurance agents and adjusters
Hotels, hospitals, and senior living facilities
Commercial office and industrial properties

Confident walking into offices and introducing themselves
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people throughout the day

Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with clients and referral partners
