Position Overview International has a great opportunity for a

Capital Markets Syndication Manager

onsite at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.

Responsibilities

Act as a syndication partner to senior leadership, translating market dynamics into actionable funding strategies that enhance liquidity, capital efficiency, and financial flexibility.

Leads the end-to-end design and implementation of syndication capabilities

Expands and deepen relationships with bank and institutional investors, increasing active buyer participation, distribution capacity, and long‑term funding resilience

Coordinates cross functionally with Sales, Credit, Operations, Accounting, Tax, Legal and others

Enhances infrastructure to support syndication platform including checklists and reporting packs

Leads structuring, pricing, term sheet negotiation, diligence coordination and closing documentation

Partners with Structured Finance team to align syndication with warehouse capacity, ABS issuance and liquidity targets

Oversees communications and post close monitoring

Supports monitoring of funding markets to assess alternatives

Develops and generates ongoing reporting to support syndication function

Assesses hedging needs to mitigate financial risk related to interest rates

Liaisons with TRATON Financial Services on overall funding strategy of Navistar Financial

Supports other funding initiatives and analysis, as needed

Monitors rating agency assessments

May evaluate complex transactions to assess financial risk and funding implications

Performs other tasks, as needed

Minimum Requirements Option 1:

Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of financial services and/or funding experience

At least 2 years of lead experience

Option 2:

Master's degree and at least 5 years of financial services and/or funding experience

At least 2 years of lead experience

Option 3:

At least 12 years of financial services and/or funding experience

At least 2 years of lead experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of capital markets instruments and hedging instruments

Capital Markets, Structured Finance, or Syndications experience (ideally within captive finance or investment banking)

Legal Docs Literacy: Strong ability to parse Credit Agreements and Term Sheets.
