Duval Ford is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our service Business Development Center team!
The Business Development Representative serves as a liaison between Duval Ford and its service customers. The representative will play a crucial role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction and loyalty for Duval Ford, by establishing, developing and fostering quality relationships with potential and existing customers. The job is focused on setting appointments for service teams and following up with those previously serviced customers to ensure quality products and services were provided to each customer.
Hours: Tuesday thru Friday, 10am to 7pm Saturday, 8am to 5pm
A successful candidate will:
Exemplify exceptional customer service skills; previous customer service experience is preferred
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services (new and existing)
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
Correspond and possess strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to sell
Be prompt, polite and friendly with each customer
Be deadline‑oriented individual with an ability to perform and exceed goals in a fast‑paced environment
Vaid US Driver's License
Ability to pass background check, MVR and drug test
Authorized to work in the U.S. and complete Form I‑9 within 3 business days.
