Senior Salesforce Developer
to design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions within our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud ecosystem. This role involves collaborating closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to implement robust Salesforce enhancements that align with business objectives. Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization (Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, etc.). Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On. Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts. Partner with cross-functional business teams to gather and analyze business objectives, define requirements, enable testing of new features, and deliver project enhancements in support of the overall strategy. Participate in scrum meetings, analyze user stories, and identify/resolve gaps in functional requirements. Manage evaluation, communication, testing, issue resolution, and deployment of Salesforce platform upgrades/releases as needed. Debug and resolve issues/defects in the production system. Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage. Mentor and lead teams to keep projects on time and review quality of work. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is required. 5 - 8 years of experience optimizing business processes through Salesforce software implementation. Experience developing test classes and ensuring code coverage within Salesforce. Preferred
