WAGE: Wage will be determined based on skills and experience to be agreed upon at the time of hire.
SCHEDULE: Scheduled 40 hours weekly, times can be flexible.
JOB SUMMARY: Heritage Building Maintenance is seeking a Business Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support our company’s daily operations, project coordination, and marketing efforts. This is not a traditional admin role—this is an opportunity for someone who thrives on turning ideas and “bits” of information into actionable plans and tangible results. You will be empowered to identify gaps, create solutions, and drive initiatives across operations, marketing, and sales support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple sources to create clear action plans
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and effective execution
Manage and report on microbial compliance and quality initiatives
Support sales organization and proposal development
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
Serve as a central point of contact for leadership, operations, sales, and marketing teams
Continuously seek ways to add value and drive business results
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proven experience in a similar role such as Office Administrator, Project Manager, or Marketing Coordinator
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail
Experience with marketing coordination and project management preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, multitask, and pivot attention as needed
Business-minded regarding costs and efficiencies
Spanish and English bilingual ability preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
Ability to communicate in English required
Spanish and English bilingual ability preferred
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The work is performed in an office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is primarily sedentary in nature but may require occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds.
