Responsibilities
Lead talent acquisition for multiple teams and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership to define workforce planning and talent strategies.
Develop and implement hiring frameworks and best practices across the organization.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for senior and specialized roles.
Mentor hiring managers and provide guidance on talent assessment and selection.
Drive improvements in hiring processes, candidate quality, and time‑to‑fill metrics.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in leadership roles with significant hiring responsibilities.
Strong expertise in talent assessment, interviewing, and team building.
Proven ability to lead complex hiring initiatives and build high‑performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
Experience collaborating with recruiting and HR teams to improve hiring outcomes.
Advanced level of English.
