Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Marketing Co-Op to support our strategic initiatives through primary and secondary market research. This role will contribute directly to identifying new market segments, understanding customer needs, and informing growth strategies across our product portfolio. In addition to supporting ongoing projects, you will lead a capstone research project aimed at identifying new market opportunities and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects within a division of a market-leading Fortune 300 organization. Key Responsibilities
Conduct primary research through surveys, interviews, and field studies to gather customer insights. Perform secondary research using industry reports, databases, and academic sources to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes. Support segmentation analysis across multiple levels (e.g., industry verticals, application types, geography, customer profiles). Assist in synthesizing research findings into actionable insights, including a final presentation to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and R&D to align research with business objectives. Maintain organized documentation of research sources, methodologies, and findings. Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering insights. Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. Prior internship or project experience in market research or strategy is advantageous. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. What You'll Gain

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
