This is an opportunity to advance your career development in organizational design consulting through participation in managing a wide variety of consulting projects, including but not limited to, those involving strategic planning, organizational and operational assessment, performance and productivity improvement, organizational development, organizational design, change management, and other organizational transformation efforts.

The Senior Associate, Organizational Design works both independently and as part of a team to support consulting projects across strategic planning, organizational and operational assessments, performance improvement, organizational development, organizational design, change management, and broader transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting research, interviewing stakeholders, gathering and analyzing client data, and performing complex qualitative and quantitative analysis using critical thinking, modeling, and statistical tools. The Senior Associate synthesizes large amounts of information to develop preliminary findings and actionable recommendations, and communicates these insights through clear, compelling reports and presentations.

Work is performed in support of client and research projects under the direction of experienced project managers. This is a client‑facing role and requires significant travel within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems and develop strategic, data‑driven solutions.

Communicate clearly with team members, managers, and clients through effective verbal and written communication.

Prepare initial recommendations and present findings through concise reports and presentations.

Conduct research, gather data, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Maintain positive client relationships and support effective client interactions.

Complete required client and company reports on time and support project work plan updates.

Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines across multiple commitments.

Compile and synthesize information on organizations, industries, and people management practices.

Collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to learning and development activities.

Support business development and marketing efforts as needed.

Work additional hours beyond standard business hours when required.

Qualifications Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in Business, Economics, or Behavioral Science

2+ years of experience in an individual contributor role in relevant consulting or corporate environments demonstrating the leadership, facilitation, project management skills and other capabilities required of a consultant.

Proven ability to lead client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including experience with workshops and executive‑level discussions.

Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience delivering high‑quality work across multiple deadlines.

Advanced strategic, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure and address ambiguous problems.

Experience in organizational design, operating models, change management, or organizational effectiveness.

Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills, including modeling and data interpretation.

Ability to create executive‑ready deliverables with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions.

Ability to work independently with strong ownership, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle ad‑hoc requests.

Willingness to travel 25–40% for client engagements.
