As a temporary contractor supporting BeOne Medicines, you will be employed by our contingent talent partner, Magnit Global, who manages BeOne’s contingent and temporary workforce. Essential Functions of the Job:
Establish and lead AI and Copilot enablement for the Finance organization
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize Finance AI and automation use cases aligned to business value and control requirements
Stand up and manage a Finance AI Champion / Citizen Developer network
Partner with Finance leaders to translate process pain points into AI-enabled solutions
Design and deliver hands‑on automations using Python, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar tools
Develop Finance-specific Copilot usage patterns, prompts, and guardrails
Prototype solutions and scale successful pilots in partnership with Enterprise Services / IT
Ensure solutions align with SOX, data governance, and security standards
Maintain a prioritized AI and automation backlog for Finance
Track and communicate value delivered (time saved, risk reduced, quality improved)
AI, Automation & Technology
Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, LLM‑based assistants)
Ability to build lightweight automations and prototypes, including:
Workflow or low‑code tools (e.g., Power Automate / Power Apps)
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration concepts
Alignment for solutions integrating with data bricks architecture
Education & Experience Required:
Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset
Ability to bridge business and technology
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new capabilities from the ground up
Effective communicator and facilitator (workshops, demos, enablement sessions)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
8+ years of relevant experience in:
Automation / analytics
Technology‑enabled business roles
Experience working in or closely with Finance organizations
Demonstrated experience delivering business‑impacting automation or AI solutions
Qualification / Licensure:
Work Authorization:
US Citizen, Other valid work visa, Green Card
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $107.14/hour - $142.86/hour
