This team plays a critical role in ensuring alignment and optimization of Prior Authorization (PA) systems.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PA operational processes and systems and a proven ability to implement key initiatives that drive desired business outcomes. In this role, the Product Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and engagement around system changes, including—but not limited to—PA Operations, Client Management, and other internal NLX teams.**Required Qualifications*** 3 to 5 years of overall professional experience* 3+ years of experience with Novologix and/or CAS systems prior authorization operational processes* 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)* Change agile; willing and able to adjust individual and team direction based upon changing priorities and business need* Ability to think critically, problem solve and make decisions while anticipating the broad impact of decisions**Preferred Qualifications*** 3+ years working within an IT or Healthcare environment preferred* Familiar with state and federal pharmaceutical regulations preferred* Self-directed with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams* Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of prior authorization systems and processes* Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems* Familiarity with Novologix or other prior authorization platforms**Education**BA/BS in mathematics, statistics, health care management, business, economics, finance or related field OR equivalent years of experience required**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
