Alternative asset manager seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to support M&A strategy, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and drive portfolio growth through financial analysis and transaction execution.

Job Description:
Support development and execution of the firm’s M&A and corporate growth strategy.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets.
Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities across real estate and adjacent sectors.
Build financial models and perform valuation analysis for potential transactions.
Support due diligence processes across financial, legal, operational, and strategic areas.
Assist with structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors throughout transaction processes.
Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership related to strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
Support post-acquisition integration and performance monitoring of portfolio investments.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and transaction structures.
Experience building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools.
