Fleet provides its customers with flexibility and predictability to meet demand forecasts for Cloud and AI infrastructure. Fleet partners with customers on tailored solutions for campuses of 500MW+ and operates with in-house design, engineering and operational capabilities. Fleet Data Centers is headquartered in Denver, CO, with satellite offices in Seattle, WA and Arlington, VA. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive planning/forecasting strategies aligned with organizational objectives Lead end-to-end planning management Build industry best practices and systems to meet business needs Manage master data processes Assess and mitigate supply chain risks through strategic planning Oversee category lifecycle management and transition strategies Monitor and report on key performance metrics including cost savings, procurement cycle times, and market conditions Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field - or equivalent proven work experience 7+ years of experience in procurement, planning or supply chain management 3+ years focused on data center mission critical infrastructure Required Skills And Experience
Deep understanding of data center systems and associated vendors (OEMs and integrators) Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure or data center projects Strong knowledge of supply chain management tools, data analytics, and BI tools Excellent project management, contract management, change management and communication skills Knowledge of sustainability and social responsibility in supply chain Preferred Skills And Experience
MBA, MS in Supply Chain or advanced degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt Proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence Required Traits
