Hours: 32-40 hours/week, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, open to working Fridays as needed

Wage: starts at $24/hour
About Us Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in San Francisco’s Mission District. We make chocolate from only two ingredients, cocoa beans, and cane sugar, and travel to origins as often as we can to build good, trusting relationships with the producers who grow and ferment our beans. Our business is built upon trust and partnership, and now we’re looking for a Fulfillment Associate to support the fulfillment team.
About the Job There is no such thing as a typical day, but your mornings might start by greeting the team before setting up your station for the busy day ahead. Once you have checked in with the team, you print out a list of the online orders from yesterday and begin neatly packing up bars of chocolate and printing personal gift notes to customers. In your meeting with the team, you brainstorm alternative packaging methods, since the current brown paper is clunky and could be improved for the customer experience. As the meeting wraps up, you receive an email from the warehouse team – there has been a delay in some of the products scheduled to arrive today, and as a result, some items will not be ready to ship until the following day. You will need to strategize which orders to prioritize in addition to alerting Guest Care so that they can begin the recovery process with the customer. Before you leave, you organize yourself for the next day, tidy the area, return your supplies to their labeled home, and clear the tables of odds and ends. This full-time (32-40 hours
