Marketing & Content Manager
A Oasis Pools | Service Division | Polished Integrations
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 base salary (based on experience) + performance incentives
About the Opportunity We are a fast-growing group of companies in the outdoor living, construction, and service industries. Our brands include A Oasis Pools & Outdoor Living along with additional service and specialty divisions. We are looking for a high-performance Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of marketing across multiple brands and help us build a dominant digital presence.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Capture daily jobsite content including construction progress and installations
Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Photograph finished projects, team culture, and company milestones
Document projects from dig to final build
Social Media & Digital Presence
Manage company platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business)
Maintain consistent posting schedules across all brands
Engage with comments, messages, and audience interaction
Marketing Strategy
Execute lead generation campaigns
Coordinate marketing across all divisions
Track campaign performance and optimize strategy
Key Performance Indicators
Consistent posting cadence across brands
Growth in social media reach and engagement
Increase in inbound leads from marketing
Volume of original content captured weekly
Growth in Google reviews and online reputation
The Ideal Candidate
Highly organized and self-motivated
Strong video and content creation skills
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
