Salesforce Platform Manager

The basic purpose of this role is to transform how United Methodist Communications uses Salesforce to serve The United Methodist Church globally. As Salesforce Platform Manager, reporting to and working closely with the Deputy Head of Innovation, you'll lead platform strategy, architecture, and user adoption - helping to shape the platform's future vision and building sustainable solutions that empower users. You'll manage a small team and partner with agency leadership to translate ministry needs into technical capabilities, focusing on strategy and empowerment rather than daily development work. Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered) Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Platform Developer I or II strongly preferred Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including both administration and development 3+ years in a solutions architect, senior admin or technical lead role Demonstrated experience with solution architecture, technical specifications and code review Proven track record of training and empowering non-technical users Experience building or strengthening user trust and system adoption Experience with multi-org Salesforce architectures preferred How to apply:
