Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Executive Assistant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). Manage schedules, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Handle correspondence, filing, and records management. Support procurement and basic office supply ordering. Desired Qualifications For Entry Level Executive Assistant | Executive Assistant [COC0012011] (COC0012011) Candidates: 23 years of administrative experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite. High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred. Organizational skills, multitasking, customer service orientation. Attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork.
