Senior Project Manager / Interior Designer
to join our team!

Duties
Produce plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) in AutoCAD
Select finishes, furnishings, and equipment and prepare FF&E schedules
Obtain and review vendor quotes for lead times, pricing, delivery, and freight; follow up on all information related to specifications and orders
Prepare proposals and proposal packages, including written item descriptions
Prepare job sheets, verify accuracy, and obtain approvals from Senior Designers
Process purchase orders and track order status
Obtain approvals on CFAs, finish samples, and merchandise; follow up on outstanding order issues
Coordinate with vendors, clients, architects, and consultants
Inspect items at warehouses and fabricators
Interact with builders, architects, and lighting and audio‑visual design firms
Specify window treatment details for estimates and related documentation
Assist with all day‑to‑day project management activities required to keep projects on track
Required to Apply
Minimum of 5 years of interior design experience, including at least 2 years at a high‑end residential design firm
Very strong AutoCAD skills, including drafting furniture plans, detailed elevations, custom cabinetry, and custom furniture
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or Furniture Design
High level of detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and a “do‑what‑it‑takes” attitude
Clear communication skills, including excellent English grammar and spelling
Willingness to work full‑time in an office with team members (not remote)

Compensation based on experience and skills
