HVDC business are growing, market and customers are changing their behaviour on the market and to meet the demand a number internal transformation and business development programs are running.

How You’ll Make an Impact You drive business performance improvement projects and support operational excellenceactivities across the business leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies includingQuality Tools, Lean, Sig Sigma and Agile. You coach on continuously improvement principles and practices, role modelingtheseattributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through theexecution of projects. You act as a CI Subject Matter Expert, providing help and guidance on methods, tools andtemplates to drive improvement projects in the areas of defect reduction, productivity and Operational Excellence. You partner with management and functional experts to understand and support delivery oftheir organization’s vision, objectives and challenges. You drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, tools and improvements achievedthrough application of CI methodologies. You live core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions whilecaring for your colleagues and the business. Your Background You hold a Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, quality or equivalent A good understanding of product quality assurance/control and measurement throughout the value chain and product lifecycle. Demonstrated proficiency in driving improvements in processes. Furthermore, you have L6S certification or equivalent systematic quality management experience. A genuine enthusiasm for technical solutions. You are self-driven and resilient, with the ability to stay motivated and focused during continuous problem-solving activities. Good communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a strong desire to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Fluent in English, as our global operations require effective communication in this language.
