
RevOps Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for increasing new‑client deal flow and engineering a high‑performing, scalable sales process. You will build and optimize the systems, workflows, and insights that power our go‑to‑market (GTM) engine. This role is a part of the Marketing and Sales team with the responsibility of improving conversion efficiency, enhancing data quality, and driving predictable revenue growth. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across AI Agents, Zoho CRM management, reporting, process design, and GTM alignment.
Responsibilities
Own and enhance the processes and systems to bring the highest visibility to the team to execute real‑time activities to high‑intent leads resulting in client conversations.
Increase new‑client opportunity flow by optimizing lead management, qualification criteria, and conversion pathways across Marketing and Sales.
Report on Marketing Funnel performance and pipeline health, supported by the creation and maintenance of dashboards, analytics, and actionable insights.
Partner with Marketing to improve demand generation effectiveness and ensure high‑quality lead flow into Sales.
Marketing and Sales Process Engineering
Own and optimize CRM workflows, automation, and data integrity across the revenue stack to reduce friction and accelerate sales cycles.
Manage cross‑functional hand‑offs to ensure consistent pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting.
Lead RevOps projects that align Marketing, Sales and Account Management around shared goals, definitions, and processes.
Leadership & GTM Enablement
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing coordinator and demand generation lead to ensure high performance, accountability, and consistent execution.
Own and interpret RevGen scorecard metrics to identify recommended areas of improvement.
Evaluate and administer GTM tools including AI tools; manage integrations to ensure accurate data flow and strong system adoption.
Support planning cycles including forecasting and capacity analysis.
Requirements
3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar GTM ops role.
Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM administration.
Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and KPI reporting.
Strong sense of data‑driven accountability on the appropriate daily, weekly and monthly cadence.
Proven ability to map processes, solve operational bottlenecks, and drive adoption.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with both strategic and tactical work.
