Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills in Apex, Flows, LWC, and Integrations. Have proven ability to lead teams, engage with product owners, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
Required Skills: • 8+ years Salesforce development experience with deep Apex, Flow, LWC, and Integration expertise. • Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in sprints with product owners. • Strong communication skills with experience in story demos and stakeholder engagement. • nCino knowledge preferred to have • Salesforce certifications (PD I/II) preferred.
Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. • Build complex Apex, Flows, and LWC components, ensuring scalable and maintainable code. • Own technical solution design and integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform). • ct as a technical mentor and reviewer for the development team. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to refine requirements. • Drive sprint ceremonies, demo stories to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery. • Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance, and security standards.
