Entry Level Accounting Clerk

Location: Otis, FL 32220 Compensation: $20$23/hr DOE Work Type: Full-Time, Fully Onsite Employment Type: Direct Hire We are seeking an entry-level Accounting Clerk to join a growing organization in Otis, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their accounting career in a supportive, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities

Assist with data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable Enter invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system Reconcile transactions and verify financial data for accuracy Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Support month-end tasks such as reconciliations and reporting prep Assist with vendor and customer inquiries as needed Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team Qualifications
