Banking Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a personable and motivated Banking Customer Service Representative to be the face of our client's branch, handling daily transactions, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to offer additional financial products. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries Deliver outstanding customer service while handling transactions efficiently and accurately Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services Cross-sell financial solutions including checking/savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking tools Maintain confidentiality and security standards Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at end of shift Assist with administrative duties and branch support as needed Qualifications:
Prior experience in banking, retail, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with technology and basic math Sales-minded with a focus on customer needs High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual a plus! What We're Looking For:
