Assembler/Crate Builder

Job description: SVS Group is currently looking to hire 3 1st & 2nd Shift Assemblers/Crate Builders for one of our best Manufacturing Clients here in Phoenix, AZ. You will have typical job duties to include: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembler & Crate Builder to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment. As a Crate Builder you will follow Blueprints to build crates to ship radiators in. You will use a nail gun and other power tools and hand tools. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to the production of high-quality products Responsibilities: Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics Use a nail gun, power tools and hand tools to assemble components and products Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Assist in fabricating or modifying parts as required Qualifications: We are looking for someone that has at least 2+ years in Manufacturing, Fabrication, Warehouse, or Assembly. Familiarity with nail guns, power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics is a must Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude. Must know how to read a tape measur Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, You are looking for 1st Shift or 2nd Shift we encourage you to apply now. 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 5:30am - 2pm plus overtime as needed during the week and on Saturday. 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10pm plus overtime as needed during the week and on Saturday.
