Fulfillment Specialist
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to customers at the Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Responsibilities: Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers. Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability. Verify orders and ensure their entry into the inventory management system. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the Fulfillment Center are well maintained, orderly, and free of debris. Adhere to quality standards set forth by management. Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to work a flexible shift. Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Environment: The Fulfillment Center operates with a focus on safety and orderliness. Employees work either an AM shift from Sunday - Wednesday (5am-3pm) or a PM shift from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (3:30pm
1:30am). The role involves standing for extended periods and handling packages up to 50 pounds. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Mechanicsville, VA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
