Senior Solutions Consultant
The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in Finastra's Retail Lending Business by delivering compelling solutions demonstrations, value-based discovery, and subject matter expertise throughout the pre-sales cycle. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive new sales, cross-sales, and customer success across U.S. Banks, credit unions and lenders. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of U.S retail lending processes, regulatory considerations, and financial institution operations, earning credibility and trust with prospects and clients - including senior executives and C-suite stakeholders. Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Deliver compelling tailored solutions demonstrations across Finastra's Retail Lending products suite Lead and participate in value-based discovery sessions to deeply understand customer needs, workflows, gaps and regulatory context Collaborate with Sales throughout the lifecycle: qualification, discovery, demonstrations (ranging from introductory to multi-day proof of concept workshops), RFP responses, and solution fit assessments Continuously update collateral, scripts, and messaging to reflect latest product capabilities and positioning Partner with Product, Services, and Marketing teams to provide market feedback, refine content, and maintain alignment with product strategies. Educate sales teams on product functionality, competitive context, and best practices for engaging lending prospects Serve as trusted SME to U.S. lenders (banks, credit unions, IMBs) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. lending regulations, compliance requirements and market trends Required Skills: Strong understanding of retail lending workflows, including mortgage, consumer, and commercial processes Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills -both written and verbal Strong knowledge and understanding of virtual demonstrations tools such as Microsoft Teams or WebEx Ability to work independently and collaboratively, influencing cross-functional teams Experience: 5+ years in a U.S. bank, credit union or financial software provider, specifically within lending operations with LaserPro and other Finastra Products Experience delivering software demonstrations for financial institutions preferred Knowledge of cloud-native, cloud-hosted, SaaS environments and architecture preferred Experience engaging with senior banking executives and shaping solution strategy Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Formal presentation or communication training preferred We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
