ABOUT THE POSITION: Vote Online is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create eye-catching, youth-focused, high-quality graphics in a fast-paced environment. This role supports civic engagement and voter registration work. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Punctual, reliable, and highly responsive Willingness to fulfill all listed responsibilities and additional duties as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Interest in civic engagement and increasing voter participation Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Self‑starter who is goal‑oriented and self‑motivated Creative, innovative mindset with a desire to learn and try new things “WOW!” SKILLS: Experience with youth‑focused, nonprofit, or community‑based organizations Familiarity with AirTable, Slack, and other communication platforms Exceptional photography skills with an understanding of DSLR camera functionality and lighting equipment Understanding of different design criteria (print bleeds, large format printing, dimensions, etc.) All applicants will be subject to a background check and would be required to sign an NDA for employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
