Brooklyn Bedding is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growingCreative andBrand team. This cross-functional role will workwithMarketing, Brand, Operations, Digital, Product, Engineering, RetailManagement,andWholesale teams.The designerwill contribute toa wide range of creative projects,includingemailcampaigns, webandUI/UXdesign, landing pages, packaging, in-box materials, print collateral, physical product needs, and variousmarketing assets. This role will support Brooklyn Beddingas well asour portfolio ofmany othernichemarket brands, including Plank, Titan,RV Mattress,DreamfoamBedding, andMattress Topper. Responsibilities: Partnerwith Sr. Graphic Designers toexecutenewcampaigns and promotional creativeacrossmultiple brand websites, email marketing, digital ads, social media, andother channels Collaboratecross-functionallywithMarketing, HR, Retail, and Wholesaleteamstodevelopcreative solutions for a wide range of print and digital assetsthat meet business objectives Learnandapplybrandguidelinesfor multiple brands,helpingmaintainandevolve eachbrand’svisualidentity Participate increativebrainstorms,give and receiveconstructive feedback, andcontributetocontinuousprocessimprovementwithinthe creative team Maintainwell-organized creative files andassetstructures across multiple platforms Stayupdated withnew designtrends and technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality anduserexperience Contributeapositive, collaborative,and creativemindsetto the team Requirements: BFA/BA/BS in graphic design 2+ yearsof professionalgraphic designexperience Strongportfoliodemonstratingcreative range,conceptual thinking, and execution Understanding of file preparation and exporting forbothprint and digital files Working knowledgeof web and emaildesignstructure and best practices Abilitytomanagemultiplebrands and projectssimultaneously Resourceful and flexible Highly organized,detail- orientated, and skilled infile management An eye for current aesthetics and trends Experience with visual and functional design QA Nice-to-Haves: Experiencewithproject management toolssuch asJiraorAsana. Experience using Figma Ability to do light retouching and image manipulation. Experience working withinestablished brandguidelines andUI Kits.
