A fast-growing consumer brand is seeking a Graphic Designer, Brand & Marketing to join its marketing team and support high-volume creative execution across digital and print channels. This role will play a key part in bringing brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer-facing assets to life across multiple touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on designer who can work quickly within established brand guidelines, manage multiple projects at once, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design and produce assets across multiple formats including digital, print, packaging support, and presentations
Create brand-consistent assets for website, email, social, editorial, advertising, and in‑store collateral
Support projects through the full lifecycle including concepting, production, quality control, and final delivery
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and overall marketing strategy
Manage timelines and shifting priorities across multiple concurrent projects
Stay current on design trends and tools
Perform photo retouching as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
4–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing team or creative agency
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator (print and digital applications)
Photoshop (Smart Objects, Layer Comps, effects)
InDesign (multi-page layouts and print production)
After Effects is a plus; ability to storyboard concepts in Illustrator required
Strong understanding of digital and print production processes
Experience designing for social, email, web, and marketing campaigns
Familiarity with preparing and releasing banner ads, website assets, and email campaigns
Mailchimp or email build experience is a plus
