About the role We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join an exciting new internal project team reporting directly to our CEO. As a UI/UX Designer , you’ll be a core driver of the end-to-end user experience, you’ll help translate deep user insight into intuitive, reliable, and scalable product experiences that support real workflows. What You’ll Do Design End-to-End Experiences Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for new features and improvements Translate product requirements and user feedback into clear, usable interfaces Design interactions that make advanced AI outputs understandable and actionable User Research & Validation Collaborate with Product and Customer teams to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points Support and conduct usability testing, interviews, and feedback sessions Iterate designs based on real user insights and usage data Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are feasible and well-implemented Support onboarding and adoption by designing intuitive first-time user experiences Help ensure consistency and quality across the product Design Systems & Craft Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and usability across the platform Continuously improve UI quality, interactions, and polish What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products A strong portfolio showing UX thinking and UI execution Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate cross-functionally Interest in designing complex, data-driven, or AI-powered products Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries Familiarity with usability testing and research methods Experience working in product-led or agile teams Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience collaborating with Customer Success or Implementation teams Why Join Us?
