This role will lead the UI/UX team and will establish scalable UX best practices, build a scalable design system, and conduct user research so we can design based on real user needs and data. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop the UI/UX design team Own UX quality across all products in the GoTu portfolio Translate business goals into clear user outcomes and measurable experience improvements Design flows that guide user behaviour and focus on user outcomes Implement UX best practices across the platform and ensure consistency across the design team Build and champion a culture of design validation and user‑centered thinking Lead discovery with Product, Engineering & Stakeholders ensuring we’re solving the right problem before building Create clarity and consistency across our platform through a design system and reusable components Coach and develop team to think in journeys, outcomes, and psychology 7+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role Experience in a two‑sided marketplace strongly preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Strong UX fundamentals: user journeys, behavioural design, usability principles Superb communication both verbal and written Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Relentless commitment to advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion and a sincere commitment to our mission Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX work – from problem definition to shipped outcomes Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and logically GoTu Technology, Inc is an equal‑opportunity employer.
