* Greet customers warmly and address their needs in a professional and timely manner * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently via phone, email, or in person * Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately while adhering to company policies * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality * Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service database * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate * Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge * Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a friendly and supportive attitude
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor * Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations * Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others * Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing and data entry * Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and efficient time management skills * Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules * Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations * Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we value enthusiasm and the right attitude!
