Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Arden Hills, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
* Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understanding * Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction * Document customer interactions and update account information in our database * Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors * Provide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs * Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge * Pay range $12-18
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Proficiency in using computers and customer service software * Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience preferred * Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations * Team player with a positive attitude * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
