As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include: Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service. Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite. Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity. Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership. Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage. Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority. Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests. Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems. Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations. What You Bring: Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST) Certifications & Credentials: Valid California Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit REQUIRED U.S. Passport & Driver's License High School Diploma or GED Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy preferred Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT) Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location) Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening Skills & Attributes: Command presence and confidence under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities Physical readiness and mental resilience Discretion, integrity, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications: Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit Basic Life Support (AHA); CPR certification EMT license strongly considered, but not required Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes Elite Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Competitive 401(k) with employer match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Advanced tactical and protective training opportunities Operate at the Highest Level At Crisis24 PSG, you are not just part of a teamyou are part of a legacy of excellence.
