Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Louisville, United States location! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for our valued customers.
* Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately in a fun and exciting environment * Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace for both team members and customers * Prepare and deliver high-quality products consistently * Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced work environment * Utilize advanced technology and equipment to process orders efficiently * Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts * Assist in inventory management and organizational tasks * Operate various equipment within the store * Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members * Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change * Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset * Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds * Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies * Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously * Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges * Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends * Customer service experience preferred but not required * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment * Team player with a collaborative spirit and desire to contribute to overall success
